The Economic Survey of Pakistan 2015-16 reveals that the country’s literacy rate has increased. Similarly an increase in literacy rate has been observed in Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan provinces. Interestingly the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa’s literacy rate has not changed.
