Unlike per primary school enrolment, the number of students per middle school in Punjab (275) is far higher than the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (86).

Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa has a total of 2,645 middle public sector middle schools with overall 226,487 students enrolled in these schools. While the Punjab has middle 8,330 schools and overall 2,294,580 students are enrolled in these schools. Thus, on average there are 275 students in a middle school in Punjab whereas only 86 students per primary school in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The following charts will explain this fact further.

  1. dear one! what kind of analysis is this? and the primary enrollment comparison as well! It quite cockamamie idea. As it could have another side….. which shows that primary schools in KP and middle schools in Punjab are overcrowded… Be more comprehensible while using data based article (A suggestions… sorry if I sounded derisive.

    • Thank your for your comment, Azeem. This is just information and you’re free to analyze this data set. However, the overcrowded aspect does not seem good here since we are talking about school and not a classroom. This is especially with regard to middle school. I hope you got my point. Thanks again.
